I have not seen this lady 1st time, I have seen her many times, as my previous reviews can tell you about her, she is the one of the lady I have seen on the earth planet who is so nice and so soft hearted. The way she is calm and gentle even I can't be like this. Not every body have this skill. She is not only calm or gentle she is very friendly and she knows very well how to treat people nicely.
